Ferry Boats which starts from at the following times from Kumarakom govt Boat Jetty to Muhamma, which is a village just opposite of(west) Kumarakom on the bank of Vembanad lake by cruising around 40 minutes and the charge per person is around Rs15.this is a marvellous economical short trip by experiencing village life, lot of houseboats, the famous cross constructed in the lake, fishing activities, very comfortable breeze and waves in the lake is really an activity foe relaxation and enjoyment.
you can come back to Kumarakom within the same boat or in another boat.
