We offer a variety of Lakeside and Lake-facing AC Cottages & Non-Lake Side Rooms, accommodating up to 45 persons. Detailed information for group bookings is provided below:

 

Category 1 – Cottage Nos: 106 & 107

 

Two Lakeside & Lake-Facing Sunset View AC Cottages
Located just 10 meters from Lake Vembanad.

Cottage Features:

  • Bedroom: 135 sq. ft.

  • 2 Single Cots (3 ft. x 6.5 ft. each), total 4 cots (2 persons per cottage)

  • Attached bathroom

  • Sit-out with direct view of Vembanad Lake

  • Easy access to lake premises for relaxation and morning walks

Tariff:
₹4,000 + 5% GST = ₹4,200 per cottage
Total for 2 cottages: ₹8,400 per day (for up to 4 persons)

 

 

Category 2 – Cottage Nos: 105, 108, 109, 110 & 111

 

Five Lake-Facing Sunset View Superior AC Cottages
Located just 10 meters from Lake Vembanad.

Cottage Features:

  • Bedroom: 175 sq. ft.

  • 2 Single Cots (3 ft. x 6.5 ft. each), Total 11 Cots (2 persons per cottage,Except 3 Persons in one Cottage)

  • Attached bathroom

  • Spacious Sit-out with stunning lake view

  • Access to lake premises for relaxation and morning walks

Tariff: ₹6,000 + 5% GST = ₹6,300 per cottage
Total for 5 cottages: ₹31,500 per day (for up to 11 persons)

 

 

Category 3 – Cottage Nos: 208, 209, 210 & 211

Located 20 meters from Lake Vembanad, positioned just behind the Superior Cottages.

Cottage Features:

  • Bedroom: 135 sq. ft.

  • 2 Single Cots (3 ft. x 6.5 ft. each), total 8 cots (2 persons per cottage)

  • Attached bathroom

  • Small Sit-out with partial lake view

  • Access to lake premises for relaxation and morning walks

Tariff: ₹3,900 + 5% GST = ₹4,095 per cottage
Total for 4 cottages: ₹16,380 per day (for up to 8 persons)

 

 

Category 4 – Cottage No: 112

 

One Family Cottage
Located 30 meters from Lake Vembanad.

Cottage Features:

  • 2 AC Bedrooms:

    • First Bedroom: 110 sq. ft.

    • Second Bedroom: 185 sq. ft.

  • 4 Single Cots (3 ft. x 6.5 ft. each) for up to 4 persons

  • 1 Attached bathroom

  • Spacious Sit-out overlooking vegetation and partial lake view

  • Access to the bank of Vembanad Lake for morning walks

Tariff: ₹6,000 + 5% GST = ₹6,300 per day (for up to 4 persons)

 

 

Category 5 – Room Nos: 116, 117, 118, 119

 

Four Standard AC Rooms
Located 70 meters from Lake Vembanad.

Room Features:

  • Bedroom: 125 sq. ft.

  • 1 Queen-size Cot (5 ft. x 6.5 ft.), total 4 cots (2 persons per room)

  • Attached bathroom

  • Sit-out facing vegetation, basketball court, walkers’ path, parking area, and activity hall

  • Just 70 meters from Vembanad Lake for walks and relaxation

Tariff: ₹3,500 + 5% GST = ₹3,675 per room
Total for 4 rooms: ₹14,700 per day (for up to 8 persons)

 

 

Category 6 – Room Nos: 120, 121

 

Two Budget AC Rooms
Located 90 meters from Lake Vembanad.

Room Features:

  • Bedroom: 110 sq. ft.

  • 1 Queen-size Cot for up to 2 persons

  • Attached bathroom

  • Sit-out overlooking vegetation, walkers’ path, and parking area

  • Only 90 meters to Vembanad Lake for relaxation and morning walks

Tariff: ₹3,000 + 5% GST = ₹3,150 per room
Total for 2 rooms: ₹6,300 per day (for up to 4 persons)

  • 100% advance payment upon confirmation

  • Balance payment 4 weeks before Check-in

 

 

Important Notes

  • If you arrange outside catering, to have lunch or dinner at the Property, then an additional charge of ₹10,000/day applies for the upkeeping and to maintain the Property.
  • Prior permission is required for illumination and sound systems, and ₹10,000 per day, lump sum charge, applies.
  • A caution deposit of ₹15,000 is required for potential damages (refundable).
  • All payments for advance bookings are non-refundable.
  • Place advance food orders as per our menu card for timely service (Call 94460 73152).

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In: From 1:00 PM

  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM next day

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

  • Early Check-In (from 4:00 AM) or Late Check-Out (until 6:00 PM) may be possible with 50% additional tariff, if availability permits.
