Category 1

Lake facing Sunset View Independent AC Villa, 10 Meters away from Lake Vembanad. AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and sit-out to view the Lake and have an open independent premise up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc. There is a bath ghat just in front of the villa, which is the facility to enter a speedboat for cruising.

Villa No: 105 (One Villa, 3 Persons) Have 2 Single coats in the main bedroom (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet). The Area of the Room is 175 Sq. It also has a pocket Room (60 Sq. Feet). There is one coat in this small Room (Size of the coat 3 feet X 6.25 Feet). This Villa is suitable for up to 3 Persons. Tariff @ Rs 4,500 + GST 12% Rs 5,040

Add an Extra Person in the main bedroom @ Rs950 + GST 12% = Rs1064. Therefore, the total tariff in this category is Rs 6,104.

Category 2

Lake facing Sunset View AC Cottage, 10 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and sit-out to view the Lake and have open premises up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Cottage Nos: 106 & 107( 2 Cottages, 4 Persons) Have 2 Single coats in each Room (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to 4 Persons. The Area of each Room is 135 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 3,250 + GST 12% Rs 3,640 x 2 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 7,280.

Category 3

Lake facing Sunset View Superior AC Cottage,10 Meters away from Lake Vembanad. Each Cottage has one AC bedroom, an attached bathroom, and a spacious sit-out to view the lake. The premises are open up to the bank of the lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc. This is the first bedroom of the Lakefacing Family Cottage, which has two interconnected bedrooms. The second bedroom of the same Lake Facing Family Cottage is offered as a Lakeside AC Room, as given below.

Cottage Nos: 108,109,110 & 111 (Total 4 Bedrooms, 8 Persons + 4 extra Persons, Total = 12 Persons) Each cottage has 2 Single coats(Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to 8 Persons. The Area of each Room is 175 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 4,500 + GST 12% Rs 5,040 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 20,160.

Add an Extra Person in each Room @ Rs950 + GST 12% = Rs1064 X 4 Persons = Rs 4,256. Therefore, the total tariff in this category is Rs 24,416.

Category 4

Lakeside AC Room, 20 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with AC bedroom, attached bathroom, and a sit-out to view the partial view of the Lake and have open premises up to the bank of the Lake for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc. This bedroom is the second bedroom and an interconnected AC bedroom of the Lakefacing Family Cottage, but it is an independent one located at the backside of the above referred Lakefacing Superior Cottage.

Room Nos: 208,209,210, & 211 (4 Rooms, 8 Persons) 2 Single coats in each Room (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to 8 Persons. The Area of each Room is 135 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 3,000 + GST 12% Rs 3,360 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 13,440.

We don’t propose an extra person in this bedroom as the Room size is only 135 sq. feet.

Category 5

Family AC Villa: 25 Meters away from Lake Vembanad with 2 AC Bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious sit-out to view the footpath, vegetation, and a partial view of Lake Vembanad, which is very close for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Villa No: 112 (Total One Number, 4 + 1 = 5 Persons) Two Single coats in the first bedroom (Size of each Coat 3 feet X 6.5 Feet). The Area of the first bedroom is 110 Sq.Feet. The second bedroom is the Main Bedroom, and the bathroom is attached to this main bedroom. The size of the bedroom is 180 Sq. Feet: It also has two single coats (The size of each coat is 3 feet X 6.5 feet). This Villa is suitable for up to 4 Persons. Tariff @ Rs 4,500 + GST 12% Rs 5,040.

Add an extra Person in the main bedroom @ Rs950 + GST 12% = Rs1064. Therefore, the total tariff in this category is Rs 6104.

Category 6

Standard AC Rooms 70 Meters away from Lake Vembanad: AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and a sit-out to view the footpath/ vegetation/ basketball court/shuttle court & activity hall. Bank of the Lake is within walking distance only for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Room Nos: 116,117,118 & 119 (4 Rooms, 8 Persons) Queen size bed in each Room (The size of each Coat is 5 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total of 2 Persons in each room; the Area of each Room is 125 Sq. feet.) A total of 8 persons can be accommodated in 4 Standard AC Rooms. Tariff @ Rs 3,000 + GST 12% Rs 3,360 x 4 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 13,440.

We don’t propose an extra person in this bedroom as the Room size is only 125 sq. feet.

Category 7

Standard AC Rooms 90 Meters away from Lake Vembanad. AC Bedroom, attached bathroom, and a sit-out to view the vegetation and organic farm. Bank of the Lake is within walking distance only for leisure walking, fishing, boat cruising, etc.

Room Nos: 120 & 121 (2 Rooms, 4 Persons) Queen Size Bed in each Room (The size of each Coat is 5 feet X 6.5 Feet) for up to a total of 2 Persons in each room; the Area of each Room is 110 Sq. feet.) Tariff @ Rs 2,250 + GST 12% Rs 2,520 x 2 Numbers x 1 Day Rs 5040.

We don’t propose an extra person in this bedroom as the Room size is only 110 sq. feet.

Therefore, the Total Amount for The Accommodation of up to 39 + 5 = 44 Persons for one day is Rs 74,760 (69,440 + Rs 5,320, Add 5 Extra Person Charges). This amount includes Tariff + GST Only. Add Breakfast Rs 15,620 + 74,760 = Rs 90,380.

Cruising in Shikara, Houseboat & Speed Boat
Shikara Boat, Morning, or Sunset cruising for 2 hours. Cruise in a Houseboat for at least 2 to 8 hours with a welcome drink, lunch & evening Snacks. Speed Boat for a minimum of 1 Hour to see Lake Vembanad. Arrange Houseboat Cruising from various places in Kumarakom and Shikara Boat Cruising & Speedboats from in front of the Cottages themselves.

Parking Facility
We have a safe parking facility for up to 40 Cars on our Premises.

KSEB Power, Generator, and Solar Power
We have a 100 KVA Transformer on our property to meet our power requirements. We also have a 40 KVA Diesel Cummins Generator for the backup. We have 5 KV Solar panels (TATA) as a backup for running the fans and lights and 6 Solar Powered Water Heaters (V Guard) with backup, giving all guests hot water.

Waste Management
We have a Biogas Plant and other methods to manage our entire food waste, on our property itself, Vermicompost and EM Compost manage other regular waste on our property. Therefore, our property is clean, tidy & green.

Medical Help & Assistance
We arrange for any of our guests to receive medical help during their stay with us if there is a requirement for medical help.

If The Purpose Of The Group Booking Is For Marriage-Related Programs

There will be additional service charges if you arrange the Pagoda Tent, decorations, illuminations, sound system, catering services, etc. Moreover, You should take care of the following:

1) All the above-referred extra work or arrangements shall be carried out Only As Per The Prior Requirement, In Writing, And With Our Written Consent.
2)All Those Extra Fittings Shall Be Removed From The Property Within The Time Stipulated Immediately After The Event.
3)Moreover, All Wastes, Including Plastic Waste And Food Waste, Shall Be Removed from the property Immediately After The Program.
4)After The Function, the Property Should Be Neat And Clean As It Was Handed Over To You.
5)You May Be Responsible for compensating If There are any Breakages And Damages To The Property.
6) There will be a caution deposit of Rs 15,000, which will be refunded after the event if everything is performed as per our mutual understanding.
