3) 5 ഗ്രാം ഇഞ്ചി, ഒരു നുള്ള് മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി, 2 ലിറ്റർ വെളളം തിളപ്പിച്ച് അതിനു ശേഷം ഒരു നാരങ്ങ നീര് ഒഴിക്കുക.
മേൾപ്രഞ്ഞത് കുട്ടികൾക്ക് മധുരം ഇട്ടു കൊടുക്കുക.
